Cancellation Policy

Availability and Scheduling Bookings can be made based on our availability. We allow same-day bookings if slots are available. When you request a date, we will either approve, decline, or suggest rescheduling. If your preferred dates are not available, we will always check for alternative dates that may work for you. Arrival Time Window We provide an arrival time window if you’re flexible with your schedule. Alternatively, if you require a dedicated day for your move, this will necessitate a minimum hourly charge. Flexible Scheduling and Economy Rates If you can be flexible with your moving dates and times, we can offer you an economy rate. This allows us to efficiently schedule other jobs in your area, benefiting both you and our operations. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, so we do not charge a cancellation fee. Just let us know at least one day in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Confirmation Once your booking is placed, we will reach out promptly to either confirm your appointment or discuss rescheduling options.
